The fish comes first.

The RIVAS color collection began with the fish: their marks, flashes, shadows, and the way colors change under light. Each finish carries a different reference onto the same 95 mm minnow body.

That approach shaped RIVAS, a 95 mm Japanese-crafted minnow lure with six finishes based on fish found in Texas waters.

A small brand with a long view.

RIVAS is being prepared for its first release. Current development specifications and product photographs are available on the RIVAS page. Final production details and the release date will be confirmed before sales open.

The release list is for updates only. Joining does not place an order, take payment, or reserve a lure.

More from the River Archive.

Alongside the lure, the River Archive includes fictional Japanese freshwater field-guide artwork and animated fish stories. These creative projects are separate from RIVAS product information and on-water observations.

The digital poster collection is available through Payhip. It is a download of artwork files; printing and framing are separate. You can also follow KSK BAITS on our official Instagram and YouTube channels.
